(With thanks to Paco Olivares): The first nine issues of Starblazer were published in Spanish from November 1979 to March 1980 by Barcelona-based Editorial Vértice as Odiseas del Espacio presenta: Starblazer. The covers were drawn by Rafael Lopez Espí (www.lopezespi.com). Espi did not draw any UK Starblazer covers but he has contributed covers to Commando, with two of his covers being used in the Commando Covers Of Yesteryear calendar for 2007
